It’s difficult to say something about Chris that fits in just a few sentences because he is such a champion, on and off the bike. His palmarès speaks for itself and we are proud to have someone like Chris in the team. Since joining us last year, it has been amazing to see how Chris is as a leader and a teammate, particularly as a mentor for the young guys. When you see the hours of training, the altitude camps, everything he does is at the top level. He is a real champion, a very good guy, he trusts in himself, and after his crash he is still finding his place again. I really hope one day he will again be fighting for a victory.
