We're looking for Mads to be a solid, all-round team player in both sprint lead-outs and also supporting our GC leaders. Now in his eighth year as a pro, Mads is a rider who can punch above his weight when all of his training, preparation, and health align well. He has shown that he is capable to win when given the opportunity to race for an individual goal.
