Our Israeli, Guy Sagiv, went through some serious performance testing at the Tel Aviv University Sylvan Adams Sports Institute.

These tests performed in the lab – one of the most advanced worldwide – included composition, musculoskeletal movement assessment, and a physiological test to assess his lactate, ventilatory thresholds, fat metabolism, and maximal oxygen consumption during cycling.

His results? “Actually, my numbers were pretty similar to the test done here a year ago,” said Sagiv. “But since I am just at the beginning of my training program compared to last year, it’s pretty encouraging!”
