About the role:
Israel – Premier Tech is looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics and Travel Manager to oversee the travel and logistics planning for the team’s ProTeam and Continental Team. You will work in a small team responsible for the coordination of travel arrangements for the team’s riders and staff members, as well as key race planning and coordination with race organizers. This is an exciting role in the world of professional cycling that requires work out of standard office hours.

• Oversee the team’s logistics and travel department, working alongside key team personnel to ensure seamless travel arrangements for races and training camps.
• Oversee travel budgets and expenses for the department.
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, both directly and in consultation with travel agencies, and issue precise and timely travel plans to team members.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with race organizers to meet event requirements and ensure the team’s needs are accommodated.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or travel role, working in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, flexible, highly organized, and willing to work outside of standard office hours.

• The ideal candidate will be based in Girona / Barcelona or willing to relocate but will enjoy a flexible working environment with remote working arrangements also allowed.
• Experience in professional cycling, or another high-level sporting environment.
• Proficiency in another language such as Spanish, French, or Italian.

Key information:
• The role is available immediately to allow for a successful handover and training period.
• Weekend work will be necessary, and some travel may be required.
